That's right, we have another offer on our house...we countered and, if they accept our counter, then our first offer will have three days to decide if they want to try to get financed to buy our house or let it go (they are trying to sell their house right now). So, we are obviously very excited b/c the sooner we have a true committment for this place, we can get started on a new place for us!
The girls and I went over to Jen's house last night; the kids dyed/decorated Easter eggs and then they got to watch a movie and had milkshakes...it was quite a night! Then the girls got to dye eggs again today with Andre. We have enough hard boiled eggs to make about 100 egg salad sandwiches ;-)
The big Easter egg hunt is happening tomorrow at Jen's. The bunny (AKA Des) will hide the goods while Jen is at church and my girls are visiting with Nana and Papi. We are hunting later than we normally do (1:30), but this way everyone can be there. It's fun...there are so many darn eggs that every kid can fill up a basket to absolutely overflowing. That's the way to avoid tears, you know--just spoil the kids until they can't possibly complain :-)
